Prince George RCMP  are investigating  a case of  Halloween treat tampering.

They got a call this evening  about a novelty sized "Aero" bar that had a small sewing needle concealed in it.

Police  remind parents to  check all of the treats their children have brought home as all sorts of things could be hidden in the candy.

This is the first report of  treat tampering police have received, however they are calling on  the public to keep a close watch on treats to protect  children, and if any other tampered treats are discovered, they want to be advised.

"PG" will be in the news again!
People who do this to kids should be placed in the stocks in front of city hall and flogged....
Gofaster, hung would be better no re offense
Now there is a good use for the Camron street bridge...A hangin post
I was under the impression that treat tampering was an urban myth and even watched a documentary on this. They indicated that the tampering incidents were not random acts but directed at one specific child. How anyone could do it is beyond most to comprehend, but it looks like PG has a real sick jerk who needs to be behind bars. Kinda like the idea of stocks though, then everyone can have a go!
amen annie!
He's not going to get any sympathy from me. Let the consequences be appropriate for the crime. Chester
