A third period power play goal proved to be the winner as the Chilliwack Bruins shaded the visiting Prince George Cougars 4-3 The Bruins held period leads of 2-0 and 3-2. Eric Hunter’s second goal of the game early in the third tied it at 3, but the Bruins power play tally near the midway point of the period put the Bruins ahead to stay.

Jared Walker also scored for Prince George. Jordan White and Real Cyr each made 8 saves in the Cougars net. The Cats fell to 1-2 on their four game road trip.

Next Action:   Prince George Cougars visit Seattle Sunday November 19.
