Prince George RCMP are looking for help in tracking  a suspect who held up the Shooters Liquor Store on Victoria Street around 11:30 this morning.

Police say  a lone male wearing a black ski mask, entered the store and produced a large serrated kitchen knife.  He demanded the clerk give him the money that was in the till.  He then took off, heading toward Spruce Street.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, 6'2" tall, slim, wearing blue jeans and a black ski jacket with multi-coloured stripes.

Athough a police service dog attended the  scene,  the suspect was not  located.

He was last seen running for the local crack house, but police and their dog have no idea where he would have gone.

An aside: About the Likely grow-op bust...how is it that the cops can tell you exactly how many joints 5, 566 plants wil yield ?
I expected to hear "street value of" or "would have yielded x pounds", but no, they are intent on describing it in joints.
Are they trying to taunt us ? Are they trying to say, "We have 3 million joints to ourselves and we're not sharing ?"

Or are they saying, "3 million of you don't get a joint today now, thanks to us." ?

Hey, don't blame me, I'm just a reasonable man.

3 million joints. I wonder if that would fill an empty container at the local transfer station yet to be built, to be shipped back to Asia, maybe even Singapore.

Let's see; 0.5 cm diameter, 10cm long ... a 20ft container is 20 x 8.5 x 8.5 feet ... so that means you can easily fit 3 million joints into a 4- foot space behind a false wall and still have 16 feet left to put a compact car in.

Remember that a new trade route may be tested by those one typically forgets about.
