Police Release Name of Sunday Crash Victim

Prince George RCMP have released the name of the 39 year old man  who was killed Sunday as he crossed Highway 97.

Police say David Duncan was trying to cross the highway from the east to west side of  the highway  near the Casino when he hit a southbound vehicle that was trying to avoid him. 

Police say that while their investigation continues,  they do not contemplate laying charges against the driver of the southbound  vehicle.
