 Tonight's the night for the WinterLights Celebration Light Up event at the Civic Plaza.

The event starts at 6:00 with the switch to be flicked at 7:00 p.m.

The day will be filled with sparkling events for the WinterLights judges who arrived in Prince George yesterday.   Their day will be filled from breakfast at Exploration Place, a tour of Festival of Trees, a Holiday Homes tour,  songs by the Immaculate Conception choir and another  round of songs by the Seniors  at the Elder Citizens  Centre. 

There will be  dinner at the Railway and Forestry Museum, dessert at the Two Rivers Gallery, and the wrap up with the light up ceremony at the Civic Plaza.

Prince George is entered in the  communities over 50 thousand category.  Winners will be announced  in February.
