Fire Forces Duplex Residents Out of Their Home

Residents of both sides of a duplex were forced out of their beds on to the street early this morning when flames whipped up one side of the duplex. Residents of both sides of the duplex were able to get out of the building O.K. no one hurt.
Flames broke out in a duplex at 4372 St. John just before 4:00 this morning. Crews from three fire halls attended the fire which caused extensive damage to the exterior of the duplex and to one vehicle that was parked in the carport.
Investigators with the Prince George Fire Department are back on the scene, looking for the cause of the blaze.
