T'is the festive season, a chance for everyone to enjoy what they have, rather than what they want.

I am truly fortunate to have been a member of the Prince George sports media for over 27 years. There are a number of people that have made my work easier and more enjoyable. An integral part of my position is the network of contacts that I have established. Many of these public relations types do not share my viewpoints, but life would be dull if everyone thought alike.

Part of the media's job is obtaining stories. To do this, reporters often rely on others to supply the information. At times, dealing with sports figures (like me) can be a thankless task.

I admit, I usually don’t send out Christmas cards, but I would like to send Season’s Greetings to the following contributors:
