Accused Choses Trial Form

A 49 year old Prince George man, Serge Payeur has elected trial by Judge and jury on a charge of kidnapping and robbery with a firearm.
Payeur was charged last summer after a taxi driver was robbed at gun point and then stuffed into the trunk of a car. The cabbie was released after passers by heard someone banging the lid of a trunk near the Bank of Nova Scotia in the College Heights area.
The trial is scheduled to begin on January 23rd of next year.
