Rolling Out the Red Carpet for Film Folk

The Northern B.C. Film  Commission is rolling out the red carpet next week for some of the top producers and location managers in the Canadian Film and television industry.

They  will be checking out the communities in the Robson Valley for possible filming locations.

The group will travel east from Prince George on the train taking in the scenery of the Robson Valley. The group will also  take  aerial and ground tours of the mountain areas and meet with the residents of McBride and Valemount at a couple of community receptions.

Northern Film Commissioner Karen Cameron says the area has a great deal to offer,  "We can show majestic mountain ranges, farming and agricultural landscapes and small and medium town sites. "
