The application to have Vernon Kyle Wilson’s guilty plea withdrawn is not over yet.

Wilson is charged in the January 1st 2006 killing of Candace Marie Kalmakoff.  Her body was found behind a  15th Avenue  real estate office on New Year’s Day  2006.

Wilson had entered a  guilty plea to second degree murder late last fall but then changed his legal counsel and the new lawyer wants the plea withdrawn.

The application to have that plea withdrawn started today, and has now been adjourned to the 19th of February at which time a date will be set for the continuation  of that  application.
