I see these Guys rideing around at all hours of the night and early in the morning and they do not obey the rules of the road.No lights,reflectors and usually dressed in black.I watched one on central the other night and a cop just drove on by as if he was not there.
Now I bet if some one was to hit one of these inbread sumsabi*ches they would get the book thrown at them.
If anyone was to hit one I hope its really hard and they keep on going.
