Blizzard Impress at Short Track

The Prince George Blizzard Speed Skating Club returned home with impressive results from the BC Short Track Championships in Matsqui. Five Blizzard finished in the top three overall in their age group. Sarah Pousette was second in junior women, Daylan Hardy placed second in midget boys, Nicholas Hiller raced to second overall in bantam boys. Tim Hempsall finished third overall in juvenile men. Carolina Hiller earned third place in bantam girls. Alexis Gaudet was fourth overall in juvenile women.  Eleven members of the Prince George Blizzard Speed Skating Club competed in the provincial short track championship.
