Balaclava, eh? No religous excuse fer that. Bummer, eh?
They should have public hangings in Canada.
Or something surgically removed.
May he rot in jail. Oh wait, I forgot that we are in Canada. He'll probably get a year or two tops. Even though the women he assaulted have to live with that for the rest of their lives. Sickening.

Oh wait, I forgot, he's innocent until proven guilty.
Unfortunately Heidi, that type of surgery would only make an angrier assailant. A total labotomy would work however. But then we the tax payer would have yet another mouth to feed.
What we need is to recreate Alcatraz....surely there's a rock big enough and if not and it sinks slowly into the Pacific.....who cares as long as the men/women working there get off in time. I really am a happy person honest...lol.
Yeppers, actually one of the islands of Hawaii was home to condemned prisoners years ago. If they were convicted they were dumped on this island with nothing...survival was up to them. There was no way off the island either as it was much to far to swim to anywhere. And nobody had to feed them. Happy happy...lol
