Two seperate robberies last night  in Prince George,

In the first incident,  a customer was  questioned for  identification at the Shooters Cold Beer and Wine store.  The customer  tried to leave with the goods,  and when the employee tried to apprehend him,  she was hit in the face with a liquor bottle, then  dragged into a door frame.  The  suspect was  captured by a member on patrol.  The employee received minor injuries.

In the second incident,  two  young males, wearing disguises, entered the Shell gas station  on Continental Way  and  accosted the employee with what the employee described to be a rifle.  The employee was  forced to lay down on the floor of the bathroom and was then locked in that room.  The two suspects got away with money cigarettes and lighters.  Police are now loooking for a vehicle that was spotted in the area at the time.  It is an older model blue mini van with  a large silver stripe and old rims.  Anyone with information  on the vehicle or the robbery is asked to call Prince George RCMP  at 561-3300 or Crimestoppers  at 1-800-222 TIPS
