The seized dinosaur  tracings, pictures, film footage and castings  have been returned to Garnett Fraser.

He is the  man who found himself on the wrong side of the Conservation Officers  when they swooped in to the Kakwa Park Dinosaur site, and seized the materials from the amateur paleontologist.

Ministry  folk aren't talking, but Fraser claims Senior  Conservation Officer for the Region, Robert Coyle,  told him the seizure had been done "without appropriate authority".

Fraser discoverd the footprints, and was making records  of the find.  He plans on donating the materials to schools and museums in  B.C. and Alberta.
