Can we assume people are not getting the message? System is working well isn't it?
Is he likely to re-offend? .... of course.

So do we put them all in prison? Will they re-offend when released 6 months later ... one year later ... 2 years later?

Or do we send them to substance abuse re-hab?
Well cut the hand off .... just like in indian .....
Nothing seems to stop them. Just like a drug abuser, just like a pedophile.
lock him up, I dont want him or others potntially harming my family, or friends, i think every convicted drunk drivr should be thrown in jail even if it is for a few weeks so they can see what it would be like if they killed someone, maybe it will open there eyes
I don't think he has killed anyone, he is just driving too slow. Then the whiners that are following him as he drives carefully along the curb start having road rage fits.

Throw the book at him if he does any harm, but until then he will just continue to wobble his way down the road. Kind of odd in a way when you think about it. If one of you high and mighty types bounces a kid off the hood, you expect to get off with a slap on the wrist, but you expect this fuddy dud to get creamed by the court at every opportunity. Weird.
The laws apply to everyone but them..
they are special you know.
Don't say no to them it may be emotionally scarring and we can 't have that now can we.....
Yama, do you think it is okay for this guy to continually drive while pissed? With that attitude it is no wonder the city streets are rife with impaired drivers. Must be the northern culture I guess. Depressing.
He can still run down a kid going too slow Yama but I guess we'll be hearing next year about his 16th impaired....or will both those guys be up to 50 by then?
