Breach of probation says everything. Give 'em probation again, judge. The judge is a maroon. Gotta get us one of them hangin' judges. That oughto do the job proper.

In China it is your right to be executed within 5 minutes of being sentenced for trafficking-bullet in the back of the head. This is just a piece of information.

I agree on the prison issue.All full up.I also suspect that our judges are being told to be very selective as to who they send away.
Not that anyone is ever going to admit to that of course!

Let's not forget the victim whose vehicle was stolen! He/she worked hard to buy it, to save up the money, to make the payments, to keep it in good shape, to license and insure it and now likely being without transportation and inconvenienced in any number of ways!

It happened to me.ICBC 'fixed' the car which I had intended to keep in good shape for years to come - it was never the same again after it had been stolen and abused, left abandoned on a country road south of here.

It was 'fixed' with old parts from the wreckers - some didn't even fit properly.

It never ran well again after that, the engine probably had been run past the red line and internally damaged, which wasn't acknowledged by ICBC.

A pox on those scums that can't keep their hands off other peoples property.

There should be a large detainment camp close to the Arctic Circle where they can learn to fend for themselves for a decade or so until they learn how to join the rest of normal society and the human race.

yes, the Hilton on the Hill is full, and I agree with the judges and the politicians that jail only serves a valuable purpose with some offenders. With many other offenders, jail only makes them worse. If jails solved crime the US would have a lot less crime then we have.

Having said that, in this case we have a prior offence and an obvious ongoing, shall we say.........problem? If ever there was a case where we should use prison to protect society, this would be one of those cases.

How about we buy them a car and then steal it ?

I am so sick and tired of being the victim of these people. I say take them out of commission completely. For as long as necessary. No more deals, no more bleeding hearts, no more probation.

Put them all together and let them steal from each other, and deal with their own style of justice. It's much more effective than what we are trying to impose. A huge containment camp, in an isolated part of the country, where they can't effect the lives of honest, hard working folks who work to pay for the likes of these characters. Chester
