Police arrested two young males at gun point today, after they were observed behind the Harwin Elementary School pointing, what appeared to be rifles, in the direction of the school.
The two young men aged 16 and 18 were located in a residence in the 1300 block of Irwin St.
Both youths are in custody , as the police continue their investigation.
It is believed that no shots were fired into the school. The pellet guns have been seized by police.
A similar incident occurred recently in Williams Lake, but police were able to determine , after an investigation , that it was single youth,  shooting his pellet gun at cans.

With all the school shootings what the hell were they thinking!
I have come to the conclusion that males brains don`t begin to function until about 30 years of age.
Way back when, we used to carry our pellet and BB guns through city streets to the bush for target practise, no questions asked. Times sure have changed.
Frightening, those kids could have been shot if deemed dangerous because they were "packing". Maybe with any luck for the rest of society they will get slam dunked by the courts and everybody gets to hear about it, gotta get the message out there somehow.
Even kids without guns get killed by Mounties. Can't believe the lack of IQs of some young people. Maybe it's a death wish or suicide by cop. If they are that stupid, maybe they don't deserve to live. Maybe they can come back in their next life with a brain.
sorry harbinger, IMO even stupid people are smarter than that!
DUMMMMM !!!!
