CN's Western Boss Speaking to Chamber

 CN's Western  Regional Manager is in Prince George today.

Tom Bourgonje will be the key speaker at a Chamber of Commerce luncheon to talk about CN's plan for the  inland container port,  and how Prince George will tie in with the  new Port of Prince Rupert.

Bourgonje is also expected to  share information on the plans for excess CN lands in the Prince George region.

 This is the first of two events involving CN  in Prince George this week. 

On Friday,  there is a public consultation meeting set  for the "Railway Safety Act Review".  While participants for that event  were to have pre registered ,  observers are welcome to attend the session  on Friday at the Coast Inn of the North.
