Dr. Brian Galliford Honored by Peers

Dr. Brian Galliford, who has practiced Medicine as a Gynecologist in Prince George for the past 32 years, has received the Award of Excellence from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in British Columbia .

The ceremony took place in Vancouver last week. He was nominated by Dr. Galt Wilson & Dr Bill Kingston of Prince George.

Dr. Galliford has always lived in the north. He started off his practice in Dawson Creek in a general practice then went on to become a Gynecologist.

Former city resident Dr. Brian Taylor and old working mate and chum of Dr. Galliford, said ,"Dr. Galliford richly deserves this honor, he has worked tirelessly in this area for the past 32 years , many of those years single handed trying to keep the bases covered."

okay, only a man would not be able to appreciate the talent of the good doc!! I myself am proud to say I believe he deserves the award. His patients matter(ed) to him.
