Mr. P.G. is ready  for another season of greeting visitors to Prince George!

The Visitor's Centre at the  Junction of Highways 16 and 97 is now open. Tourism Prince George's Deb Kolshiski    says  her team will  book and  conduct the Canfor Tours this year.

She also says the  "Host" program that ran last year was so successful, they willbe running it again with two host ambassadors on the streets of downtown Prince George Monday through Saturday.  The Hosts will also attend special events taking place in the community.

"This marks well over 35 years that Visitor's  services have been located at this junction, and its traditionally become the key meeting point for people who are   new to Prince George and to locals as well.    We always look forward tocontinuing our services  here at Highways 16 and 97."

The Visitor's Centre is full of  information on what to do in the Prince George area, and lots  of ideas on what  is available throughout the province.
