Court Case Adjourned

The   Court case between the Prince George Golf and Curling Club  and the Pomeroy Group has been adjourned until mid July.

The two sides were to appear this morning in B.C. Supreme Court to deal with the lawsuit filed by the PGGCC  against Pomeroy. 

The Golf and Curling Club claims Pomeroy reneged on the deal to purchase the Golf Course property for $15 million dollars.  (see previous story)
