Foul Play May Be Involved in Man's Disappearance
By 250 News
RCMP are re-issuing an appeal for the public's help in locating a 32-year-old Burns Lake man, missing since the end of May.
Police now say 32-year-old Irvin "Punky" Michell's disappearance could be connected to the drug trade and they have not ruled out the possibility of foul play.
Michell is shown at right in a picture released by the RCMP. He was last seen in Burns Lake on May 27th by family members, but investigators from the RCMP's North District Major Crime believe the man may have been in the Prince George area since that time.
Police are asking Irvin, or anyone who may have been in contact with him, to contact them immediately.
Constable Annie Linteau says, "Both Irvin's family and police are concerned for his well-being and simply want to know that he is okay, as the missing person investigation continues."
