City To Receive Award

Prince George Mayor Colin Kinsley is flying to Vancouver this afternoon to receive a 'surprise' award.

Kinsley says he was just notified by the Variety Club that Prince George was to be honoured and was given little other information.

He'll be attending the awards ceremony at the River Rock Casino in Richmond tonight and will provide full details of the honour bestowed tomorrow morning.

Could be an award for the City (The Wolf and 94x) Raising $42,000.00 for the Variety Club.
