TFB
No doubt one of the compadres of one of the local gangs operating in PG. I echo Moses' comment. TFB. I hope the victim in the trunk is recouperating ok, however if he is involved in the drug trade and was kidnapped due to non payment of his "bill", then my sympathies are lessened.
TFB indeed. Time to start treating this kind of "driver" the same way we would if he (or she) used a weapon to kill someone. Killing someone with your car (and potentially harming innocent people in the process) seems to be treated a lot lighter than mowing people down with a machine gun would be. Doesn't seem much different to me.
Ditto, ditto, and ditto.
Count me in for a "ditto" as well!
What the hell were you thinking ?
Shouldn't have come back here.
I have to admit I had the same thoughts when I heard about the accident - glad no "innocent" victims were harmed. However, that changed for me today when I realized the young woman who was killed was someone I have known for years. Not to excuse whatever she was involved with at the end of her life, but she was also orphaned at a young age, quick to laugh, desperate to belong somewhere and most importantly, a mother of young children who have now lost a parent. She deserved more than being left alone at the scene of a tragic accident and indifference from people who never knew her. I hope I am not that quick to judge again when I hear about such a tragedy, and will try remember that it involves a fellow human being.
I am sorry to hear about your loss dontjudge. I hope all those who post here and spew angry thoughtless post about people who have families and friends do not ever have to face reality like you are now. I doubt that they could find the grace and understanding shown in your post. Thank you for sharing here what many still have yet to learn.
This person that died was a low life drug dealer or friend of a drug dealer, HOW MANY lifes has she screwed up? She dead so what..1 less lowlife.. Do not start saying She was trying to turn her life around ...Bullsh.t she was a low life piece of shit, Glad she is gone...Dontjudge.. Realist... . stay away from feeling sorry for low life scum.
My god Don, what happened to you to make you so hateful? What cruel thing was visited upon you to make you so insensitive and angry? Whatever it is I hope you reconcile your demons before you die or if there is a God you won't get to meet him/her/it.
YOU HIT THE NAIL RIGHT ON THE HEAD DON. THERE SHOULD BE NO TOLERANCE FOR PEOPLE INVOLVED IN DRUG OFFENCES..PERIOD!!! IF THEY DIE WHILE BEING INVOLVED SO BE IT. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. A BLEEDING HEART SOCIETY WILL NEVER SURVIVE.
I see what these people, and their Drugs do to Young Children, Teenagers. Realist how can you have any feelings for lowlife scum who are destroying our society, and killing our Children.....I have alot better chance of meeting God then these Lowlifes, who chanch are next to Nil.
It is so sad that once again, a young person has lost their life because of their "lifestyle". There may be justice in "living by the sword and dying by the sword" and "we reap what we sow" but it never changes the waste and sadness of a young persons death. Every young person, every old person, every single one of us who passes on, no matter how ill gotten we are, have people in our lives who love and care about us. It is sad that this young woman had "a tender heart" and nowhere to go but down and out.

dontjudge - perhaps the lack of empathy is towards the lifestyle, not the person. Drugs, dealers and pushers do make our world and ugly place, and not just for our children. I pray her orphans find a better world than their mother's.
Realist: Thank you for your comments - it did give me some thought about how easy it is for us to have hate and vengence and an "eye for an eye" mentality. We humans can be a pretty nasty animal at times, and quite primative.
Did anyone read the citizen and get the names of those involved? Its a veritable who's who of crime punks in this city.

It's a shame they all weren't killed or maimed because I guarantee you that if they get out on the street again, they may be invading your home one day. Think about that WNY, Realist or Buzz, then you'll be whining on the other side of your faces.

As for the deceased's kids: Now at least they have a chance to grow up with some morals, and good role models as long as they are taken out of that family element and placed into good foster homes.
hey diggler, nasty comments on the kids and the foster homes issue!! Too many foster homes turn out the likes of that of "the deceased" because they (the foster homes)are in it for the money. Yes, the rest of the perps sound like ( AND ARE )a gang of useless thugs and YES it would be nice to keep them off the streets. Gawwwd let's hope some stupid judge doesn't do a whine and dance and turn them loose. Because THEREIN LIES OUR PROBLEM.
dgdiggler: absolutely charming comments...but you miss the point. "Eye for an eye" mentality makes you the same as them. They poke your eye out, then you poke their eye out, and soon the whole world becomes blind. I'd love to see these people permanently removed from our society, but I don't wish to behave or think like the same animal way they do. Never mind...sorry I bothered even commenting on your comment.
