Lightning Knocks Out Power

Hundreds of B.C. Hydro customers in Prince George are without power this hour because of lightning strikes.

Here is the list of areas impacted by this evening's storm. In all cases, B.C. Hydro is saying it will be at least midnight before the lights are back on:

7700 block ANGUS RD

1300 block JOHNSON ST

36200 block CHIEF LAKE RD

17000 block BLACKWATER RD

North-East-West of CHIEF LAKE RD, South of HOODOO LAKE RD

300 block ONGMAN RD

South of PARK DR, North of LESLIE RD, East of HWY 16 , West of HILLTOP RD

GRUNDALL RD P12

West of FREEMAN ST, South of 10TH AVE, North of 15TH AVE, East of HWY 97

18400 block MELONIE RD

West of NICHOLSON ST, South of 2ND AVE, East of OGILVIE ST, North of 5TH AVE

8200 block ANGUS RD
