Woman Charged Following False Hostage Call

Prince George, B.C. - A  24 year old Prince George woman is facing a  charge of Public Mischief  after police were  sent to a  fake hostage taking call.

According to Prince George RCMP the call came in just before noon today.  A woman stated she was being held against her will and would be harmed  if money wasn't  forwarded to a  specific  account. 

The phone call was traced and  police were sent to a home in the 100 block of McDermid Drive in Prince George.  Police surrounded the building,  and  then arrested five males and one female.

The males were released when it was discovered the  call was a hoax.  The  female  has been charged.

The dumb bimbo. In the meantime alot of police resources got tied up for her crap call.
A lesson in dealing with people by the police. The police can fine tune their responses to these situations as the "war on drugs" continues unabated into the future. Just say no to drugs. Or as Nancy Reagan would say, " No thank you".
