Three Volunteer Fire Chiefs who serve communities within the Regional District of Fraser fort George have been recognized for their long years of service.
At right, retired Chief of the Bear Lake Volunteer Fire Department, Bruce Waldner is given a certificate and medal marking his 25 year B.C. Fire Service Long Service Medal by Director Alex Chingee. Waldner was also awarded the 20 year Federal Fire Service Exemplary Service Medal.
At left, Beaverly Fire/Rescue Fire Chief Bruce Perrin is given his 25 year British Columbia FIre Service Long Medal
At right, McBride District Fire Chief David Hruby is given his 25 year British Columbia Fire Service Long Service Medal by Director Ken Starchuck on the Left, and McBride Mayor Mike Frazier on the right.
