Hopefully the S.P.C.A. have a training program for managers, and this would include training with special S.P.C.A. investigators to shut down the ever growing problem of puppy mills in the north, including Prince George and Quesnel.
Many pups are raised in these cities and shipped down south to puppy brokers and pet stores.
Puppy mills need to be reported to the S.P.C.A. and the S.P.C.A. need to shut them down.If you know of one, report it !
What about all those poor horses caged up behind the Multiplex ?

Doesn't anybody care about them ?
There are horses in cages? You have got to be kidding?
Those horses are probably some of the happiest animals in the city.

They're about as neglected as the queen of England.
They are going to the glue factory
Time for the city to get out of the kennel business. Does anyone know how the city got locked into supplying horse kennels? And why it should continue? Are we short on ALR lands here? What do they do in Vancouver?
