While the City of Prince George has agreed to take part in the Zero Crash Month challenge, sponsored by ICBC, Northern Health has its own project on the books.
Northern Health will partner in hosting the Crossroads conference in the middle of October, which is Zero Crash Month.
This conference will bring together public and private sector stakeholders from across the north and outside of Canada to find ways of reducing vehicle crash rates in the 250.
Northern Health Board Chair Jeff Burghardt is looking forward to the conference “I’m also very excited about the Crossroads conference, which I believe will make a significant difference in reducing high injury and death rates on Northern BC roads.”
