Couldnt make it.. I was too busy downing coffee and eating sugar snacks. It seemed like too much excercise so i scrapped the idea.
-Just kidding ladies and gents i support active healthy living at the same time i tend to indulge too much from time to time. Cheers!
As long as the air we breathe in this city is so putrid, it will be for naught.
Two weeks in the Bahamas breathing clean air. What a treat. I'm back one day and my sinus' are stuffed up and nose bleeds begin again. We can do a lot to improve our health, but until the air quality improves, it is all in vain. I work in the bowl and live in the bowl. It just doesn't let up. We must focus on improving our air quality, continuosly. Chester
