Time Running Out to Comment on Air Quality Improvement Plan

This is the last day  to submit your comments on the Mayor’s Task Force on Air Quality  Improvement.

Dr. Peter Jackson, the Chair of the  Task Force says so far  the  public input sessions have been valuable positive  experiences.  There have been three sessions, two for the general public and one for stakeholders.

Jackson says  those who took part in the open sessions told him they liked the  process and hoped  the format could be used to  offer  suggestions on other quality of life  issues in the city.

Jackson says  input will still be welcome after today, but on Monday his team will start  processing all the comments as they begin to work towards the final report.  Jackson is still optimistic that  final report will be delivered  to Prince George City Council by the end of December.
