The Hart Pioneer Centre Association has been granted a change in it's liquor licence and an extension of its hours.
The change means the licence now is for "food primary", which will allow the association to rent out the site for weddings and events which are catered.
The extension of hours will mean the site can be open until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Prince george citycouncil unanimously approved the changes.
Also approved this evening,
- a rezoning on Poty Road that would allow for three residential lots.
- A rezoning for a storage unit site on Kimball Road. This would allow for an expansion of an existing business adjacent to the subject property.
- rezone two small segments of Stirling Park to make them part of the adjacent residential lots, the remainder of the park remains unchanged.
