Prince George, B.C. -  This January, bus service will be ramped up to a 15 minute service  to UNBC  during peak  hours.

The City has approved  the quarter million dollar  extra service which will be paid for in part by the Provincial Government ( $120 thousand, ) and the balance to be paid through  fares.

There will also be a  bus added to two routes, (5 Victoria/Fifth Avenue and 11 Heritage/ 10th Avenue) to increase service to every half hour during morning and afternoon rush hours.

Don't get too hooked though, the extra busses will only be  on the roads during the school year.
