The President of the Prince George Teachers Association has addressed the Board of School District 57 , a little more than 12 hours before the teachers job action is set to start.
Karen McKay told of students being pulled from their chosen elective classes, and having them moved into classes the students neither likes, or needs. The parents say the School has relayed to them that the order was to reduce class sizes, period.
She asked the Board to press the government for “proper funding” for education.
