Prince George – Country music superstar Travis Tritt is  heading to Prince George to play  at the CN Centre on Wednesday, February 20th, at 7:30 pm.
Tritt was one of the leading new country singers of the early '90s, heading the charge with Garth Brooks, Clint Black, and Alan Jackson. He was the only one not to wear a hat and the only one to dip into bluesy Southern rock. Consequently, he developed the gutsy, outlaw image distinguishing him from the pack. He had a string of platinum albums and Top Ten singles, including three number one hits.
Tritt is touring with the release of his latest CD – “THE STORM”
Travis Tritt has sold over 25 million albums, won two Grammy awards and three Country Music Awards.
Tickets go on sale Friday, January 11th, at 10:00 am!

Q: What do you get when you play country music backwards?

A: Your wife, Your dog, your house, you sober up and you move out of the trailer park.

I like country as much as the next person but its such a fun genre to rip jokes on. Cheers!
I love my Country Music, we have excellent local talent, we are proud of. Travis Tritt and Gord Bamford are two of my favorite singer/songwrter's. I will be going to see them for sure. We are getting some really good acts in our city. Look who is here this week.
All you fools except Bert who seems to have class....Why do you all get drunk rid e your snowmachines up and down city streets. Go to hockey games get drunk, Drive home or go to Fights put on by the bad guys and get drunk again. Glad you all are not going to the show. It is for PEOPLE WITH CLASS
FYI - I have only been to one show at the CN Centre - that was for Billy Talent - sorry but the Prince George market only gets up and coming talent or has-beens - its too small otherwise.
