Film Festival In Prince George

Prince George, B.C. - Break open the popcorn, today marks the start of the 12th annual Cinema CNC Film Festival at the Prince George Playhouse.
The year, there are 9 films on the schedule. The two set for this evening, are:
Breakfast with Scot, which will be on the screen at 7, and the film American Venus will be shown at 9:30.
Saturday has a double feature matching All Hat, with Tracey Fragments at 1:00.
Saturday evening, the 7 p.m. movie is Shake Hands with the Devil. This film chronicals Canadian General Romeo Dallaire’s harrowing experiences in Rwanda during the 1994 genocide.
At 9:30, The film “Amal” tells the tale of man who cheats everyone he knows in New Delhi.
There will be three films offered on Sunday, starting with Continental:UN Film Sans Fusil. The film starts at 2 p.m.
Sunday eveni9ng at 7:00 “emotional Arithmetic” will be on the screen, and the festival wraps up with “The Body Builder and I”.
Tickets for the festival are available at Books and Co, the CNC bookstore, and at the UNBC bookstore.
A full festival pass is $40 dollars, Friday only is $12 (two films, ) Saturday only $18 (three films) and $18 for three films on Sunday.
