Teachers Employers in Court Today

The B.C.Public School Employers Association has a hearing in B.C. Supreme Court today.
The BCPSEA is applying for a contempt of court order against the BCTF for violating the Labour Relations Board Ruling which demanded the teachers stay on the job.
Teachers Federation President Jinny Simms says she is willing to get arrested to make a stand for teachers. Simms says while the Federation is willing to sit down to talks at any time, the teachers will be off the job again Tuesday.
