Prince George, B.C. - Once again, Prince George is hosting a delegation from Russia.

Five delegates  are in Prince George to learn about  the Municipal government structure in Canada. The group  is  from the Khabarovsk  region  and members will be taking a close look at municipal government as well as business and entrepreneurial development.  This group will also be interested in the nature of the infrastructure that needs to be in place in the community to make small businesses successful.

The participants will have the opportunity to adapt what they learn during their visits to Prince George and Victoria and replicate it across their region through their semi-annual meeting of all Raion administrators.

The group will also visit Vanderhoof, Ft St James and Victoria..

Seems bigotry is alive and well in Northern B.C.

The potholes are very bad, never seen it this bad. Take a drive down Domano with a cup of coffee in the holder, or down Fifth Ave. It's embarassing. But then, we have it much better than these people, who would likely laugh at our petty 'necessities'.
Looks like the Russian municipal politicians have picked up on bogus trip scenario perfected by our major. I wonder if they are going to China for the Olympics also.
Khabarovsk, the city in the far east they come from.
