The problem with these elections is they are basically elections based on name recognition and not policy positions.

It would be nice if one of the cadidates came out with a vision statement of some sort so they have a mandate other than name recognition.

I would like to hear their views on support for a PG bi-pass route and the potential for industrial lands outside of the city bowl relating to a bi-pass route. Do we have any advocates running for elected office? Do they have other infrastructure priorities?
