Police in Vanderhoof nabbed a stolen vehicle and two occupants early this morning on highway 16 near Young Road , about 33 kilometers west of Vanderhoof, when the suspects stopped short of a spike belt and gave themselves up.

The chase began after a routine patrol near Costco by local police spotted a suspicious car that had been stolen earlier in the city.

Police tried to stop the vehicle but it sped away and that is when Vanderhoof police became alerted.

Two local adult females have been taken into custody facing numerous charges.

Someone asked for pictures of these two accused, until such time as they have appeared in court and either plead guilty or are found guilty, the theft is only an allegation. So you cannot use their picture unless there is some major need.
If a car is found in a land fill, in an area under land claims, shouldn't it be a subject of land claims? These ladies may be able to exercise some sort of legal claim on the car if they were just returning it to Mother Earth. Cars make great ceremonial fires as well. Get a lawyer and protest, this should be a walk in the park.

On the other hand if these ladies are from the wrong culture they should go to jail.
Dumb and dumber perhaps?
