Early Morning Crime Spree

Prince George R.C.M.P. are investigating the possibility three brazen early morning break-ins are related.

Corporal Bob Pilot says all three alarms came in within minutes of each other.  Pilot says the first signal came from the Canadian Tire store on O'Grady Boulevard at 4:01am.  He says regional security arrived moments after the alarm went off to find the front doors smashed -- driven through by a vehicle -- but nothing missing.  He says damage to the store is extensive.

Then, a few minutes later, the McGill Home Hardware store was hit.  Corporal Pilot says damage to the front entry was extensive and it's not yet known what was taken from the store.

At 4:06, officers responded to an alarm at Your Neighbourhood Convenience store in the 31-hundred block of Westwood Drive to find the front doors of that business had been driven through and the ATM machine stolen with an undisclosed amount of cash.  Police are looking for a dark-coloured Chevy pick-up truck in connection with the crime.  Once again, damage is estimated to be in the thousands of dollars.

I think that's organised crime at work!
These crimes along with about a dozen open murder investigations,I better not be going through any seat belt checks until someone is caught.
