Cougars Make First Selection in Bantam Draft

The Prince George Cougars have made their first selection in this years bantam draft. With the 11th overall selection the Cats have picked Jesse Forsberg from Waldheim, Saskatchewan. Forsberg is 6 feet 175 pounds. He captain the Saskatchewan bantam champs. Scouting reports say he's a physical defenceman with good offensive upside including a very good point shot. The Cats will next pick 25th overall, then 69th and 113th. We'll have more updates later in the day.
