Prince George, B.C. -  If you are taking Mom for brunch, or dinner today,  avoid 15th Avenue. 

15th Avenue from Quinn Street to Ospika Boulevard will be closed to all traffic today from 6:00am to 5:00pm, to allow for installation of new services.
