Relay For Life Sets New Record!

Prince George, B.C. –

All who took part in or sponsored someone in the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Prince George can celebrate today.

The annual 24 hour walk raised about $450 thousand dollars for cancer research!

That’s about $40 thousand more than last year’s effort and its a new record!

This was an awesome event!! Thanks to all the organizers and everyone who donated, walked, volunteered, or supported in other ways. I can't wait for next year.

Now let's see just what this $450,000 will be used for. Specifically. Show me how this money will help anyone from getting cancer? Opps, maybe I asked the wrong question. Should the question be, how will this money be used to help all those with cancer? Chester
