Vehicle Impounded, Man Charged In Stone Creek Accident

A man has been charged with Driving while impaired following an accident on Highway 97 south near Stone Creek Monday.

Plain clothes officers heading south on the highway came upon an accident. Those officers determined that one of the drivers was impaired. Medical personnel examined the drivers and found they had no serious injuries.

One of the drivers who has a previous record of criminal code convictions for impaired driving was brought back to the police station in Prince George. He refused to provide breath samples and was charged.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene, one going to the vehicle impound lot.

If this is his third time caught driving while impaired, seize the vehicle, and SELL IT !!

Enough is enough -- Its time the victims of these @@ssholes got some returns for their often lifetimes of suffering !!
