Ahhh, the union. Fire burnt down the plant. No jobs. Hey? Where are my union dues I paid? What? No money from the union? What? From the government the union hates? (except fer the NDP). Whose yer friend? Why it is the good ol' 53 billion dollar surplus EI fund. That's who yer pals are. After that comes welfare. What? Still no money from the union? But my dues!! Big wages , big union dues. Kinda puts the union behind the proverbial 8 ball, I guess. Maybe the union will try Wally Mart here Or even Future Shop and gadzooks maybe the banks. next. Gotta keep them dues coming in. It said in the paper we have more shopkeepers than manufacturing jobs. Got get those shopkeepers, brothers and sisters. Solidarity forever, eh?

Good luck :)
yes iv'e noticed there is always more places to spend your hard earned money than there is to earn it,and the merchants will miss your purchasing in their facility, to bad some peace offering isn't coming for the lost customers who lost their only source of income oh well business as usual.think these businesses would kiss up to their customers but they will only rub shoulders with the local high society dudes.lord help them if they would have to pay their employees those big union wages, the nerve to think employees with a living wage.
Well said northern taxpayer.

Folks like Harbinger always take the the time to cut up unions so I say this to you please take the time to list your business on this site and post a sign on your door saying you do not welcome union earned dollars in your store. I am sure those good union folks will grant your wish.
Down with unions!
Lets get back to 16 hr days, no paid vacation, $hit wages, no benefits, 7 day work weeks, inadequate safety and training, no long weekends, and no pay for OT. Who needs family time anyway. I'm sure if the unions disappear the Banksters and their ilk will continue to give us all these things and more. It's not like the government would water down the labour laws........Or would they?
Gordo,........WHOSE YOUR DADDY?
