Stolen Truck Stopped

Prince George, B.C. - One male is in custody and faces numerous charges following the theft of a truck overnight.

A home owner in the 2600 block of 15^th Avenue watched a person steal his 1995 Ford truck around 3:00 this morning. The homeowner immediately called police. A police officer patrolling the Carney Street area, spotted the vehicle and followed it out on to Highway 16 west.

Another officer was in the area of Haldi Road and waited for the truck to head that way. When the truck failed to pull over for the Haldi Road officer, police deployed a spike belt.

The truck was disabled, no one hurt and a 26 year old male was taken into custody.

why dont they publish the name? he is not a minor and should be "known to the public" not just the police!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it that these types of stories seem to get the most posts? ...

So some people are stupid and steal 13 year old vehicles ..... have pitty on the poor guy at least for not making it worth his while ....

In the muslim country, a punishment for being a thief is there hand is cut off.

Thus adultry is not that popular.

Now there is an idea! Red handed!
Punish a thief by having them dip their hands and arms into a vat of indelible (red) ink. Punish a drug pusher by forcibly inflicting their own poison upon them,,,,,,,,,,Nah I like the branding solution better. A permanent record of past misdeeds.
