Prince George, B.C.-  Call it three times lucky. The Bonnet Hill pub liquor store has finally received approval that will allow it to move to a new site.

Prince George City Council has given the green light for a land use contract  that will allow the liquor store to be set up at a site on Sintinch Road, where there is a gas station a store and a restaurant.

The Liquor store tried twice over the past year and a half, unsuccessfully, to move from the neighbourhood pub on Giscome Road to a site on Boeing Road. There were access issues with that property which could not be reconciled.

They will put a liquor store up anywhere nowadays.... Thank god I dont drink, but it just makes it easier for people to buy their boos DURING their road trip.
It just blows my mind that more liquor stores are being allowed to open in this town. Lets all stop smoking because it will kill you but hey everyone lets pick up some more booze and just maybe we won't kill any one tonight. What a joke this town is becoming.
It's not an addional store. It's moving from it's previous location.
Heehee! I was just wondering when people did not use a car to pick up booze. Probably about the same time as when there was no gas stations or convenience stores. It those days falling out of the saddle would have been a concern.

It's all about convenience.
