Court Date At End of May for Marion

Prince George, B.C.- The man who faces three charges stemming from a fire that claimed the life of an 85 year old man in early January of this year, will be back in court at the end of this month.
49 year old Frank Marion is facing three charges; manslaughter, criminal negligence causing death and arson causing bodily harm.
The charges stem from a deliberately set fire that tore through a Merritt Road home early January 7th. The next evening, the 85 year old resident of the home, Jagdev Singh Jawanda, succumbed to the injuries he suffered as a result of the fire.
Marion was a tenant in the residence.
He is scheduled to make an appearance in court on May 30th for an arraignment hearing.
